Susan Kennedy

Susan Kennedy has worked in the engineering field since 2010. Susan began their career at Downer as a Mechanical Engineer in 2010. In 2013, they joined BHP as a Major Projects - Directional Studies Senior Analyst, then moved on to Business Planning Principal and Analysis and Improvement Engineer (Rail). In this role, they were responsible for the mechanical asset management strategy of BHP's Minerals Australia Iron Ore rolling stock maintenance fixed assets. Susan also served as an Analysis and Improvement Engineer (Mining). In 2019, they joined IntelliSense.io as Director of Field Engineering and Global Field Engineering Lead. In this role, they lead the implementation of AI products at mine sites and works with cross functional teams to ensure maximum value is realized. Susan also works with product managers to ensure customer challenges and ideas are fed back into product development.

Susan Kennedy completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland. Susan then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Cranfield University between 2017 and 2018. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Spanish from The University of Queensland.
