Kristy Conroyd

Kristy Conroyd has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristy recently worked at Intellum as a Senior Implementation Specialist/Program Manager since July 2020. Prior to that, they were a Contractor for Crowdstaffing, A Zenith Company, on location at Google, where they served as an LMS Training Specialist for Enablement & Learning Platforms from April 2019 to June 2020. Kristy also worked as a Central Learning System Administrator at Google from July 2018 to April 2019.

Before their time at Google, Kristy worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as an Academy Coordinator, Talent Development from June 2015 to July 2018. Kristy began their career at CVR Associates, Inc, where they held multiple roles including Briefing Coordinator, Tenant Services from September 2014 to March 2015, Special Projects Coordinator from November 2013 to March 2015, and Client Service Coordinator, Inspection Department from September 2013 to November 2013.

In addition to their professional experiences, Kristy has volunteered their time at Rush Memorial Hospital as a Volunteer from 2011 to December 2014, Circle of Friends from 2009 to 2011, and University of Illinois- Disability Resources and Educational Services from 2009 to 2011.

Kristy Conroyd completed their high school education at Whitney Young Magnet High School from 2003 to 2007, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, studying from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Kristy Conroyd also obtained a certification in Learn Evolve: Level 1 from Intellum in December 2022.
