Becky Niemann

As Director of Proposal Management, Becky is responsible for leading, planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses including Best in Class, GWACS, AWACS, BPAs, and other federal business opportunities in a fast-paced environment. She is a thought leader, able to see the big picture without overlooking the details, fosters a positive and responsive team environment, works well with internal SMEs and external teaming partners, and can quickly adjust to dynamic proposal development schedules and requirements. Becky is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BS in Journalism: Marketing and Communications, has a background in Marketing and Corporate Development and has nearly 10 years’ experience in Proposal Management in the commercial, local, state, and Federal Government industries.
