Mariolga Fragosa Galarraga is a seasoned consultant and co-founder of Datimpacto, specializing in program evaluation across eight countries in Latin America and the Caribbean using mixed methods. Current responsibilities include evaluating social program effectiveness based on OECD-CAD, RELAC, and UNEG criteria while delivering evidence-based insights to governments.
