Management and Governance

The Management and Governance team at the Inter-American Development Bank is responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the organization. This includes managing departmental functions like human resources, finance, legal affairs, strategic planning, research, climate change, and country-specific operations, among others. The team's goal is to ensure that the IDB operates efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with its mission to provide development financing and support for Latin America and the Caribbean.
