As IISC’s Director of Finance, Baindu Conté-Harvey uses her skillset in financial management and operations to ensure the IISC practice and organization is operating efficiently and sustainably and to support senior leadership in setting strategy. She joins IISC with over ten years of diverse non-profit management experience.
Prior to joining IISC, she served as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Community Action Agency of Somerville, an anti-poverty advocacy organization, providing a financial lens to the organization’s strategic goals. She also worked at the Cloud ArtScience Foundation as Director of Operations. A proponent of arts and culture, she serves as a member of the Racines Black Dance Festival organizing committee and choreographs for a Traditional West African dance and drum ensemble.
Current role
