Matt Hanafee

Matt Hanafee has an extensive experience in the business process quality field, having worked as the Manager of Business Process Quality at Interactions LLC since March 2019. Prior to that, Matt held the position of Manager of Business Information at National Government Services from November 2007 to August 2018. With a background that started as a Data Analyst and progressed to managing various teams and units, Matt has a solid foundation in performance analysis, change management, and solutions & analytics. Before their role at National Government Services, Matt served as the Director of Compliance at Ace Holdings, Inc., where Matt was responsible for financial budget guidelines and associate development. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Ball State University.
