Roxana Simionescu

Roxana Simionescu possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Organization & People Development Manager and previously as Recruitment & Development Manager at INTERBRANDS ORBICO since August 2015. Responsibilities include updating recruiting procedures, supervising the recruiting team, tracking metrics, and implementing new sourcing methods. Prior to this role, Roxana worked as a Senior HR Business Partner in the Philip Morris Division and as a Recruitment Specialist at INTERBRANDS Marketing & Distribution from October 2006 to August 2014, where tasks involved screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing applications, and delivering HR reports.
