Intercept
Niels van der Klink is the Head of People & Organisation at Intercept. Niels previously held positions such as Group Head of People at Seeders and Manager Programmes HRD at Sodexo. With a background in theatre companies and HR-related roles, Niels has extensive experience in leadership and cultural change consultancy. Niels holds a Minor in Governance from Utrecht University and a Propedeuse in Human Resources Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
