Sandy Lundy

Sandy Lundy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sandy started their career at Matria Healthcare Inc in 1995, where they served as a Human Resources Leader and was responsible for HR in multiple states in the US and Europe. Sandy then moved on to True Temper Sports as a Human Resources Manager before joining PepsiCo in 2001 as a Human Resources Manager. At PepsiCo, they played a key role in creating a sustainable, high-performance culture in a difficult union environment. In 2008, Sandy joined BD as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and Site Leader, where they provided HR leadership for the San Diego region and multiple business segments, partnering with functional VPs and their organizations. Sandy's next role was at General Atomics, where they served as a Sr. Director of Human Resources. Sandy played a key role in creating a scalable HR organizational design and integrating three strategic technology acquisitions. Sandy also contributed to the design and implementation of Success Factors and developed workforce plans to rapidly scale the EMS business.

After General Atomics, Sandy joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sr. Director of Human Resources. Thermo Fisher Scientific is a global leader in the scientific industry, and Sandy was responsible for leading HR initiatives and strategies to support the company's mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Sandy's most recent position is with Intercept Pharmaceuticals, where they currently serve as an Executive Director of Human Resources. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources.
