Ken Garza has a diverse range of work experience in product management, business analysis, and IT systems management. Ken currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Interchecks since July 2021. Prior to this, Ken worked at Citigroup as a Sr Manager Business Analyst - Metrics and Reporting from August 2020 to July 2021.
From 2014 to 2020, Ken held various roles at Office Depot, including Senior Manager - IT Merchandising Systems, Lead Functional Analyst - Warehouse Management Systems, and Sr Product Manager. Ken managed the Merchandising Operations team and led the migration from an on-prem system to a cloud-based IDMS Stibo Step application hosted on AWS. Ken also worked as a Lead Functional Analyst, optimizing the company's website and managing app development for Windows 8 and Android.
Before joining Office Depot, Ken gained experience at JDA Software as a Product Director, where they built strategic roadmaps and defined feature sets for the company's commerce platform.
Ken began their career at Alamo Rent A Car as an Application Development Team Lead from 2000 to 2004 and later served as a Senior Manager of Product Development at eFunds from 2004 to 2007.
Ken Garza attended the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
