Xóchitl Velásquez

Xóchitl Velásquez has had a diverse work experience in the field of business development and human resources. Xóchitl started their career as an Analyst of Recruitment Jr at Adecco México in 2008. Xóchitl then worked as a Coordinator of Human Resources at Vision Consulting, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection of specialized IT profiles. During their time at Hildebrando, they worked as an IT Search Consultant, focusing on recruitment for IT positions and managing interviews and hiring processes. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Invest in Quality S.A. de C.V., where they were involved in attracting talent for IT roles and managing applications and metrics.
