Hansen Tanaka is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at InterContinental Sydney since December 2022, Hansen has progressed through positions including Demi Chef De Partie and Commis Chef at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. Previous roles include Line Cook at Ribs and Burgers and Cook at The Coffee Emporium, alongside a brief internship at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. Hansen's foundational experience in management was gained as General Manager at Athena Jewellery.
