Javier Montero

Javier Montero has over six years of work experience in various leadership roles within the banking and technology industry. Javier is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Intercredit Bank N.A., Member FDIC, since February 2022. Prior to this, Javier worked at Global Outsource Services as the Chief Technology Officer from June 2017 to March 2022, and as the CTO from May 2016 to March 2022. Javier also served as a Board Director at Intercredit Bank from December 2016 to March 2020. Before joining Global Outsource Services, Javier worked at Datapro, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President from August 2014 to May 2016.

Javier Montero earned a certificate in Leadership from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 2021. In 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Management in Information Systems, also at Florida International University in 2012.
