The board of directors at InterDigital has a long history of experience in various industries and fields of education. Some previous experiences include being an EVP, Secretary and GC at LSI Corporation, Agere Systems Inc, as well as an independent director at CUMULUS MEDIA and BAI Communications. The board members also have a wide range of educational backgrounds, including degrees from the University of Virginia, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and The George Washington University.
