Melissa Goodman de Souza

Melissa Goodman de Souza has a diverse work experience in the media industry spanning over two decades. Melissa currently holds the position of Director of Client Services at Interface Media Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as an Operations Manager at the same company from July 2017 to January 2021.

Before joining Interface Media Group, Melissa worked at Wunderman DC as a Project Manager for a brief period from February 2017 to July 2017. Melissa also gained valuable experience at Sirens Media where they held the position of Supervisor: Post Production Operations from April 2012 to February 2017.

In addition, Melissa has worked with Discovery Studios wherein they held various roles including Coordinating Producer- Undercover Boss: Abroad from 2012 to May 2012, Senior Post Production Manager from March 2010 to May 2011.

Earlier in their career, Melissa served as a Post Production Supervisor at National Geographic Channel from November 2009 to March 2010 and Manager- New Media Logistics at Discovery Communications from June 1999 to December 2009.

Melissa also gained freelance experience as a Producer/Post Production Supervisor at National Geographic Channel from May 2009 to August 2009.

Melissa started their career as a Production Assistant/News Desk Assistant at WRC Television from August 1998 to June 1999. Overall, their extensive work experience showcases their strong leadership skills and expertise in client services, operations management, project management, and post production operations.
