Anisa Prima Isnainiyah

Anisa Prima Isnainiyah has a diverse background in human resources and psychological testing, with experience spanning over a decade. Currently, Anisa works at PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills as an Internship Human Resource, focusing on job analysis since 2013. Previous roles include Associate Tester at Lembaga Psikologi Terapan UI, where Anisa conducted psychological testing for students and employees, and as an Internship Human Resources Staff & Associate Tester at Prakarsa Consulting, conducting psychological assessments and reports. Anisa also served as the Head Division of Training & Development for BEM UI in 2010, planning and conducting training programs for members of Universitas Indonesia. Anisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
