Olav Hoedemakers has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Olav began their career as a Sales Trainee at Coop Supermarkten in 2014 before moving on to work as a Temporary Employee at GoodDay Hospitality Services bv from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Interhome Group as a Marketing & Sales Trainee and later transitioned to the role of Junior Online Marketeer in 2019. Olav then worked as an Online Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, overseeing B2C marketing efforts, including SEO, SEA, and social media content creation. Their role at Interhome Group also involved managing and analyzing accounts in Google Ads and Bing Ads for various international markets. Furthermore, Olav completed a Bachelor Thesis in Marketing & Sustainability during their time at Interhome Group. Olav currently holds the position of Paid Advertising Specialist at Interhome Group, where they are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and analyzing accounts in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for international markets.
Olav Hoedemakers completed their secondary education at Stanislas College from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in "Hoger algemeen voortgezet onderwijs." In 2016, they enrolled at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and pursued a degree in "Commerciële Economie: Global Marketing & Sales." Olav completed their studies in 2020.
Additionally, Olav Hoedemakers achieved a Propedeuse in "Commerciële Economie: Global Marketing & Sales" from Hogeschool Rotterdam in July 2017. Olav also obtained certifications in various Google Analytics courses such as "Aan de slag met Google Analytics 360" in December 2019, "Google Analytics voor gevorderden" in November 2019, and "Google Analytics voor beginners" in October 2019.
