Silvia Malacrida Kosturova

Silvia Malacrida Kosturova has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2009, they worked at dialogs 24/7 s.r.o. where they began as a French Customer Care Specialist. Afterwards, they took on the role of Coordination Specialist, responsible for shift planning, vacation management, and staffing budget control. Silvia then advanced to the position of Resource Manager, where they were responsible for overall staffing planning, recruitment planning, and budget control. In 2015, Silvia joined Interhome as a Resource & HR Manager, where they continued to excel in planning and evaluating company staffing, budget control, and event management.

Silvia Malacrida Kosturova pursued their Master's Degree in Political Sciences from 2004 to 2009 at the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Relations, University of Matej Bel.
