Mandy Lowery Che

Mandy Lowery has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mandy began their career in 1994 as a Staff Nurse at Middlesbrough General Hospital. Mandy then moved on to work as a Senior Staff Nurse in the ICU department at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from 1996 to 2003. In 2006, they joined Teesdale Lodge as a Senior Staff Nurse.

In 2008, Mandy joined Providence Health Care, where they served as a Registered Nurse from 2008 to 2010. Mandy later took on the role of a Clinical Nurse Leader within the program, focusing on bed access and patient flow until 2015.

In 2015, Mandy transitioned to Vancouver Coastal Health and took on the responsibility of a Patient Services Manager for the Leukemia/Blood & Marrow Transplant Program of BC & Hematology. Mandy'sresponsibilities included strategic direction communication, workforce planning, and resource management.

Currently, Mandy is working with Interior Health Authority as the Acute Health Services Director since December 2017. Mandy has recently taken on the role of Director Clinical Operations in November 2019.

Mandy Lowery MA CHE has a diverse education history in the field of healthcare leadership. Mandy obtained a Certified Health Executive certification from the Canadian College of Health Leaders in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Quality Academy program at the BC Patient Safety and Quality Council in 2015. Mandy also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Health Leadership from Royal Roads University, which they received between 2013 and 2015. Mandy began their education by earning a Higher Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Teesside University from 1997 to 1999. Mandy'searliest education achievement was a Certificate in general nursing from Durham & Teesside College of Health, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Certified Health Executive from the Canadian College of Health Leaders in 2016.
