Dan Giroux

Dan was born and raised in Michigan and began his culinary career at an early age of 15. He worked in fine dining restaurants, convention centers, and sports venues, until he accepted his first Executive Chef position at a private country club. Dan notes that he has been very fortunate throughout his career to be able to expand his diversity with food through culinary travels and continuing education, as well as having had the opportunity to work with other great chefs from around the globe as the Executive Chef for the North American International Auto Show.
