Pavel Garchev has a diverse work experience in various marketing and digital roles. Pavel began their career in 2004 as a News Desk Journalist at AII Data Processing, where they were responsible for screening foreign media and summarizing business news. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Advertising Executive at the same company, managing advertising activities and implementing campaigns.

In 2009, Pavel joined Societe Generale Expressbank as a Marketing Specialist, where they coordinated advertising and media agencies, improved reporting and campaign evaluation, and increased brand awareness. Pavel then served as the Head of Marketing, Deputy Head of Marketing & Communications, and Digital Banking Products Manager. In these roles, they successfully led digital transformation initiatives, developed digital products, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement projects. Pavel also introduced remote sales processes and revamped the bank's mobile app.

In 2020, Pavel joined The Thrive Project as a Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Media specialist. Pavel strategically defined and followed up on a detailed marketing plan and managed the digital product management of the project.

Currently, Pavel is serving as a Marketing Lead at both Clarofy - Data Analytics Made Easy and Interlate, where they are responsible for leading marketing efforts.

Pavel Garchev completed their high school education at the Foreign Languages School in Pleven, Bulgaria from 1996 to 2001. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising Management and Marketing at New Bulgarian University from 2004 to 2008.
