Anthony Pemberton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and project coordination within international development and humanitarian contexts. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Programme Officer for Asia-MENA at International Alert since October 2021, Anthony previously held positions as Programme Manager and Programme Officer for Modern Slavery at the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK from November 2018 to February 2020. Anthony's earlier roles include Syria Project Officer at Peaceful Change Initiative from August 2014 to December 2017 and Project Assistant at Mowgli Mentoring from December 2012 to August 2014. Notable contributions to entrepreneurial initiatives include a secondment at Forsa, aimed at enhancing the mentoring ecosystem in six Arab countries.
