Doug Cadigan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fire service and education. Currently serving as a Partnership Education Program Instructor at IAFF since September 2012, Doug has also held significant roles at the St. John's Regional Fire Department from April 1985 to March 2017, including Fire Captain, OH&S Representative, and President. Doug's academic background includes studies at Harvard Law and the University of Ottawa between 2014 and 2015, as well as earlier education at Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador from 1977 to 1979 and Brother Rice High School from 1974 to 1976.
