Steve Wieczorek

Steve Wieczorek has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Steve is currently the Senior Director of Finance at IAC Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Cardone Industries. Before that, they served as the Executive Director of Global FP&A and NA Finance Operations at Shiloh Industries and as the Director of Finance and Administration at Bosch North America. Steve also has experience in the automotive industry, having worked as the Powertrain Engineering Finance Manager at General Motors and in various finance and planning roles at Dana Holding Corporation. Earlier in their career, they held managerial positions at Bosch, where they led restructuring efforts and was responsible for business improvement and pricing strategies. Steve began their career at Sumitomo Electric Automotive, Inc. and Toyota, where they gained experience in supply chain management and materials administration. Steve has a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and leadership, particularly in the automotive sector.

Steve Wieczorek attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Steve then went on to Lawrence Technological University from 1994 to 1996, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting. Finally, from 2002 to 2004, Steve pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Wayne State University.
