Peter H. Koehler, Jr. is an experienced arbitrator and mediator, currently providing services through Koehler ADR, LLC, and holding positions at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution® and the American Arbitration Association since 2015, focusing on complex commercial disputes. Prior to these roles, Peter served as Vice President of Legal for Geographies, Strategy, and Operations at Nike, Inc., overseeing a global team of legal professionals, and as US General Counsel for the company. Peter also held the position of Managing Partner and Commercial Litigator at Tonkon Torp LLP from 1987 to 2002. Peter earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Theory from Stanford University.
