Mandy Preville-Findlay

Mandy Preville-Findlay is a seasoned professional in education and development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director of BEYOND IYANOLA and Development Consultant at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since August 2022. With an extensive background, Mandy has directed Preville-Findlay Development since 2014 and collaborates as a Development Coach with Diverse Educators. Previous roles include Consultant Coach and Mentor at Tauheedul College, Consultant Coach at Ambition School Leadership, and Education Adviser for the Department for Education. Mandy's leadership experience encompasses Head of School positions at School 21 and Daubeney Primary School, along with Deputy Head at Milton Hall Primary School and Nursery. Academically, Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education Studies from the University of Greenwich, a Master of Science in Development Management from The Open University, and is pursuing a PhD in Human Geography at the University of Southampton.
