Yelda Bakar Delice

Yelda Bakar Delice has extensive experience in project management and social policy, currently serving as the Grant Management Team Leader at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since March 2021, after a tenure as Project Officer. Prior roles include Project Associate at UNDP, Social Policy Assistant at UNICEF, and Project Assistant at both the Council of Europe and UNDP, as well as an Expert at Ahiler Development Agency and Program Assistant at the International Labour Organization (ILO). Academic credentials include a degree in Social Policy from Middle East Technical University and a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Freie Universität Berlin.
