Robert Garcia, MBA, ACC, CAE, currently serves as the Vice President & Chief Staff Officer for ICF Coaching in Organizations at the International Coaching Federation, focusing on the global leadership of coaching culture development within organizations. Prior to this role, Robert held various senior positions, including Regional Vice President at RiseSmart, President of RX Global Consulting, and Vice President of Global Operations at SHRM, where substantial growth in global operations revenue was achieved. Robert also provided strategic HR advice at Baptist Health South Florida and developed executive education programs at Florida International University. With extensive experience in coaching, business development, and human resource consulting, Robert has a strong background in enhancing organizational performance and leadership effectiveness. Education credentials include an MBA from Florida International University and coaching accreditation from Coach Training EDU.
