Eun Sung Yang is a Judicial Fellow at the International Court of Justice since September 2022, following a role as Senior Researcher and Fellow Attorney at Advocates for Public Interest Law from October 2021 to September 2022. Previously, Eun Sung served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and held various positions at Harvard Law School, including Research Assistant and Certified Student Attorney in the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic. Early career experiences include internships at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, Justice Base, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, LAWYERS WITHOUT BORDERS INC, and International Justice Mission. Eun Sung holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs from Yale University, with a concentration in Security.
