Marie-Hélène Proulx

Marie H. is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in user experience and design research. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Insights since January 2023, Marie has previously held positions at Voicemod and Vodafone as a Senior UX Researcher and Senior Design Researcher, respectively. Prior roles include Service Design & Innovation Researcher at Skills Development Scotland, Social Researcher at The Lennox Partnership, and Field Researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre. Early career experience includes project management at the Prague International Advertising Festival. Marie H. holds an MSc in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Charles University.
