Mariana Sanson

Mariana Sanson is a Communications Manager at Chicken & Egg Pictures since June 2021, with prior roles including Communications Assistant, Graphic Designer, and Communications Intern. Mariana also serves as a Documentary Magazine Editorial Fellow for the International Documentary Association since January 2022. Previous experience includes multiple research assistant positions at The New School, where Mariana supported various courses, conducted research, and managed student projects. Mariana has a significant background in film festival coordination, having worked as International Guests Coordinator for Morelia International Film Festival and Liaison Coordinator for Ambulante Documentary Film Festival, as well as roles at other notable film festivals. Mariana holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The New School and a Licenciatura in Visual Design and Communication from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
