Mack Adeidowu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mack began their career at Citi in 2010 as an ELOC Operation Service Representative, where they ensured compliance with regulations and processed transactions. In 2012, they joined the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited, where they worked on the Client Delivery and Remediation Project, focusing on customer queries and maintaining service levels. In the same year, they also started working at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) as a Transfer Agency Team Lead, overseeing various processes and functions. At Fidelity Investments, where they joined in 2016, they served as a Reconciliation Services Manager, managing resources and ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations. Most recently, at IFDS, they held the position of Assistant Vice President, taking on responsibilities such as risk mitigation, oversight of processes, and quality control.

Mack Adeidowu obtained a Master's degree in Management from the National College of Ireland, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued a field of study in Employment Law at the same institution. Additionally, Mack Adeidowu completed a course in Human Resources Management and Services at the National College of Ireland from 2007 to 2010.
