Edoardo Gobetti is a seasoned professional in the food science and flavors industry with extensive experience in application technology and product design. Since April 2016, Edoardo has served as a Senior Application Technologist and Food Designer specializing in beverage and dairy at International Flavors & Fragrances. Prior experience includes a role as a Sweet Application Technologist at Sensient Flavors from February 2011 to March 2016 and as a Food Scientist at Whirlpool Corporation from May 2010 to February 2011. Additionally, Edoardo contributed as a Tutor at Laboratorio di Analisi Sensoriale del DISTAM in 2009 and worked in hygiene and quality at Metro Cash and Carry in 2006. Edoardo holds a Laurea Magistrale in Qualità e Sicurezza dell’Alimentazione Umana and a Laurea Triennale in Scienze e Tecnologie della Ristorazione from Università degli Studi di Milano.
