Jorge Rodriguez

Jorge Rodriguez is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic talent leadership and operational HR management. Currently serving as SVP, Global Strategic Talent Leader for Operations and People Service Lead at IFF since September 2013, Jorge has previously held positions as VP, Global HRBP – Operations and HR Manager at the same organization. Prior to IFF, Jorge worked at Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) from December 2007 to August 2013 as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing critical HR support to manufacturing and technology sectors. Jorge's early career includes a role as Senior Consultant Human Resources at Thomas International, focusing on compensation processes, performance management, and talent management. Jorge holds an Executive Master in HR from IE Business School and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
