Mikka Stenholdt Hansen is a highly experienced scientist with a robust background in food science and biotechnology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at International Flavors & Fragrances since December 2020, Mikka previously held the position of Research Scientist at Arla Foods from 2013 to January 2022, contributing to the Core Team Milk Science & Functionality at the Arla Strategic Innovation Centre. Mikka's earlier roles include Food Scientist at Arla Foods Ingredients (2008-2012) and a Ph.D. student at Aalborg University (2002-2008), where research focused on the molecular mechanisms of fatty acid binding proteins.
