Monette Sunga

Monette Sunga serves as the Global Learning Solutions Director at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2019, where responsibilities include crafting and executing the global learning vision and strategy while fostering a strong learning culture. Previous experience includes the role of Regional Manager for Learning and Organizational Development at Schneider Electric, overseeing learning and talent management across the Greater Asia Region. Monette's tenure at Schneider Electric also featured positions as Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior Learning Solutions Manager. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Learning and Development Manager, Talent Manager, and Human Resources Officer at various organizations, including APC by Schneider Electric and AWS Philippines. Monette holds a Master of Science in International Management with Human Resources Management from the University of Roehampton and CIPD qualifications in Human Resources and Organization Design. Furthermore, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Training Management and Development was obtained from De La Salle University.
