Benjamin Robles

Benjamin Robles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Benjamin currently works at International Justice Mission as a Data Lead, where they are responsible for transforming HR data processes, analyzing metrics, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday HR data. Prior to this, they held various positions at Pfizer, including Compliance Manager - Workday, Compliance Manager, Sr. HR Associate, and Sr. Documentation Specialist. In these roles, they managed compliance and quality assurance processes, collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, and provided project management support. Benjamin also worked in a GMP environment, processing documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Benjamin Robles holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Phoenix. Benjamin also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Alliance University. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science from County College of Morris.
