Crystal Shif

Crystal Shif has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Vice President of Enterprise Communications at the International Justice Mission in 2022. Prior to that, they were the Global Director of Enterprise Communications at the same company in 2021. From 2018 to 2019, Crystal worked as a Senior Manager of Internal Communications at NextGen Healthcare, where they led global enterprise internal communications. Before that, they served as the Senior Manager of Global Internal Communications at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2017 to 2018, where they led internal and executive communications for Global Commercial Operations. Crystal also had experience as the Senior Manager of Global Internal Communications at Ingram Micro from 2015 to 2017 and as a Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Irvine Company from 2013 to 2015. Crystal started their career at Southern California Edison in 2010 as a Manager of Publications Projects and worked as a Senior Manager of Editorial Services at IEEE Computer Society from 2007 to 2010. Crystal's experience in communications spans various industries and includes leading and managing large teams, developing communication strategies, and executing successful internal and external communications projects.

Crystal Shif has an AB degree in Comparative Literature and French from the University of California, Berkeley. Crystal also holds an MFA degree in Creative Writing from Chapman University. In addition, Crystal has obtained a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning from the University of Canterbury.
