Emma Stratton

Emma Stratton has a diverse work experience, primarily in the areas of partner engagement, people support strategy, and operations coordination. Emma has worked for International Justice Mission since 2020, with roles including Director of Partner Engagement and Representative for Partner Engagement. In these positions, they provided customer service to donors, assisted in onboarding and training new team members, and contributed to donor communication. Emma also worked as an Interim Global People Support Strategy and Operations Coordinator, where they helped create an organization chart, supported a diversity and inclusion initiative, and planned employee retreats.
