Stefano Pagliai

Stefano Pagliai is an accomplished entrepreneur and outdoor adventure expert with extensive experience in the kiteboarding and outdoor gear industry. As the founder and program director of Fish Out Of Water Tours, as well as the founder and CEO of Fish Out Of Water LLC, Stefano oversees business expansion, sales, and educational programs aimed at empowering young adults to engage with marine habitats. Additionally, Stefano holds an instructor level certification with the International Kiteboarding Organization and has worked in various roles focused on sales, marketing, and event coordination across multiple companies. Educationally, Stefano is pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies from Antioch University Santa Barbara and has received numerous certifications, including in marine biology and outdoor survival skills.
