Tanner Pratt

Tanner Pratt has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Tanner currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering and Data at ANDMORE since July 2023. Before that, Tanner worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2021 to September 2022, where they served as the Head of Data Streaming - Global Services and later as a Senior Data Architect for their streaming services. Prior to their time at AWS, Tanner worked at Ancestry from September 2013 to January 2021, holding various roles including Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Platform, Manager of Data Warehouse and Data Visualization, Senior Data Warehouse Engineer, and Data Warehouse Developer. During their tenure at Ancestry, Tanner successfully led and championed the AWS migration, saving the company millions of dollars.

Tanner Pratt holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Brigham Young University. Tanner also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021.
