Herman Lange is a Research Analyst at the International Monetary Fund, having joined in July 2023. Previous experience includes roles as an Underwriting Intern and Marketing & Investor Relations Intern at Monroe Capital LLC, a Research Assistant at Dalhousie University, and an Associate Consultant at Global Research and Consulting Group (Kellogg). As Co-Founder of The Continent, a non-profit organization, Herman facilitated the engagement of European experts on social media during the 2019 European Parliament elections. Additional experience includes positions at Accenture, where Herman advanced to LCS Online Advertising Specialist, and involvement as a Leader of Tomorrow at the St. Gallen Symposium. Herman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and completed the International Baccalaureate at UWC Red Cross Nordic.
