Khalid Qasim Salih is an experienced professional with a strong background in humanitarian and project management. Currently serving as a Programme Assistant focused on Yazidi Survivors Law Implementation at IOM - UN Migration since August 2023, Khalid is also a co-founder and the Country Director at Farida Global Organization since December 2019. Previous roles include Director at Basheer Koreah Charitable House For Orphans, and extensive experience at Medair in various capacities related to shelter and cash project management. Additional experience encompasses editing for Ezidi 24 Media Foundation, serving as Deputy Director at Jesuit Refugee Service, and engineering roles in telecommunications and electrical systems. Khalid holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Duhok and a Diploma in Humanitarian Leadership from the American University of Beirut.
