Osman Wiredu is a Food Technologist and Value Chain Lead at International Potato Center. Previously, Wiredu was a Partner and Business Operations Lead at Nur Agro Food Company Limited, an Engineering Technologies Lead Consultant at Santa Cruz Construction Technologies Ltd, and an Actg. Technical Officer at Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana. Wiredu also served as an Engineering Intern at Intravenous Infusions Ltd. Wiredu is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Food Quality Management at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
