Ria Jordan, CDP, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently the Head of People and Culture at the International Potato Center (CIP) since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Caribbean Development Bank from September 2022 to June 2023. With extensive experience in diverse roles such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor and Leadership and Development Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank, Ria has a strong background in HR programs and initiatives. Their educational background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from ALJ Graduate School of Business and a BA in Language & Linguistics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
