Former Chief Financial Officer of International Steel Group, a start up steel company that within 12 months of formation became the second largest integrated steel manufacturer in North America with sales of $5 billion. Within 18 months of funding, the company executed a $2.7 billion IPO, and within 12 months of its IPO was sold for $4.5 billion.

Responsible for three major acquisitions and a $5 billion P&L. Previously 15 years on Wall Street, much of that time covering the metals and mining sector as Managing Director, investment banking, for Deutsche Bank and PaineWebber Inc.
