Tran Cong Minh

Tran Cong Minh is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and engineering with significant experience in safety leadership and process improvement. Currently serving as a Manager at First Solar since February 2018, Tran promotes a strong safety culture and ensures compliance with ISO and RBA requirements. Prior roles include Senior Process Engineer at II-VI Incorporated and Lead Process Engineer at SWAROVSKI, where expertise in process development was demonstrated. Earlier career achievements include serving as Group Leader Production Engineer at Fujikura Fiber Optics Viet Nam Ltd., responsible for establishing production frameworks. Tran holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
