Samar Jdour

Samar Jdour is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, finance, and human resources management. Currently serving as Operations and Finance Manager at the International Republican Institute since January 2019, along with a role as Human Resources Manager and Field Accountant, Samar oversees HR and finance operations across Libya, including Tripoli, Benghazi, and Sabha. Previously, Samar held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer at ACTED and served in various HR and training roles at notable companies such as LAICO Hotels & Resorts, Repsol, Shell, Corinthia Hotels Limited, and Emirates. Samar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Tripoli and a B.A. in Business Management from Al Aser University.
