Dulce-Marie Flecha currently serves as the Youth Education and Learning Manager at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities include designing evidence-based education programs for diverse populations and leading the Youth Education team. Previous experience includes roles at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, where Dulce-Marie planned mentorship events and exceeded outreach and fiscal goals, and at Mott Haven Academy Charter School, where individualized instructional approaches were developed for trauma-impacted students. Dulce-Marie has also held significant positions at Cayuga Centers, Women In Need, Inc., and the NYC Department of Education, demonstrating expertise in educational leadership, curriculum development, and community engagement. Dulce-Marie holds a Master's degree in Literacy Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Penn State University.
